A car dealer in Boise, Idaho, has sold an antique car to a new owner after the dealer discovered the car had been in the care of an old friend for decades.
The car, a 1924 Cadillac Coupe, has been in an old car dealer’s storage in Boise since the 1950s.
The dealer discovered it in the storage and contacted the owner to repair it.
The car was repaired and then returned to the car dealer, who is now restoring it.
The new owner of the car, David, said he was inspired to buy the car after hearing about the story.
“My wife was very excited about the car,” he said.
“I thought, ‘It’s the perfect second hand.
I don’t know how else I can spend $1,000′.”
The new car, which was restored to the condition it was when the car was sold, is a second-generation Coupe.
The owner has also started a new business and plans to sell it.
He hopes the car will become an attraction for people to see and be seen.
“I want to be a tourist attraction,” he added.
“And a second hand antique.”
